lol i got this phone and the touch phones suck!!!
And i’m not talking about high-end SE phones like Satio or C905/W9xx. K800i was last, user friendly, solid and really good in price/quality SE phone. I’m not “k800″ fanboy, i had many SE phones im my hand, many used everyday, i’m most satisfated with k800i, if i would have a chance to change to other SE phone, it will be P1i, no other crap.
All new SE phones are thiner k800i, with sometimes… less features. k550i, k800i, k510i, k300i, k610i, k750/d750, w800 and k700, that was very, very solid and good phones from Sony Ericsson.
Behind? What you talking about? Uber-large touchscreen? No everyone want this. 8 megapixel camera with optical size of ant head? Marketing sh*t. There’s no better quality on 3.2 mpix phone, k800i is the best of thoose. Only joystick is weak point, but mine works almost fine after 1,5 year using (it need cleanup, never cleaner before ;p).

this is a good phone but video recording is bad and also the camera lens gets annoying as it opens in your pocket lastly the joystick may become unresponsive after a while of use.
this is kind of the same as w850i
you can even get free internet and calling and sim free (this is illegal but oh well) by hacking k800i, with nokia… yeah not many people can.
see what kinda hacks you can do on it.
You can make k800i the best phone out there with a few hacks.
has anyone seen anything about the sony ericson X1 Slider? I wanted to get that but am having a very hard time actually finding one.
Nokia IS BETTER
i had this phone for a year .. the camera was awesome and also the rest of its performance.
