Unboxing of the Sony DSC-HX1 cybershot digital camera.. Did get wrong a few times about the screen when pulled out, i mentioned that it was waste level and the screen was in the overhead position, so sorry guys i am only human,lol

hey dude glad to have helped, although i now own a dslr as i want to get into photography a lot more than point n shoot, but this does take great pics for sure
your ideas helped me thanks, i did my homework, sony gives mim. memory you will want to buy more memory,$80.00 more, also insurance,more money. but i want one, thanks to your video.

tbh this is nothing compared to a dslr camera, great zoom length and great looking but no quality like a dslr

if i get this camera with an 8gb memory stick pro card how many hd minutes do you think il get?

yes it probably is, but until you see the results froma dslr, you will never bother with another point and shoot I.M.O.

The Canon SX20-IS is my favorite at the moment, but I’m doing all the research I can and I really like this Sony too.

I’m interested too in this camera, main rival is Canon Powershot SX20-IS if you ask me.
Canon has 12 MP but it’s not THAT important.
The sweep pano-feature of the Sony HX1 is cool but doesn’t always guarantee you a perfect pano, so I’ve read here and there. It’s a hard choice, both are great!

I’m thinking of going for the HX1, I’m not a professional photographer, not even a semi-professional for that matter of fact, but would love extra zoom and HD video recording, would you suggest the HX1?
The sweep panorama and 10fps burst is also +1 for me.
yes, personally they are shite as i do not like the image stabilization in built, like all sony dslr’s are this means there is too much in camera editing, go with the canon and build a leans kit from there, canon are built for photography, sony deal with tv’s etc therefore photography is not high on their agenda to perfect, stick with either canon or nikon, simple as
Aight. I’m actually considering either the Canon EOS 500D or the Sony a330. My bro says to go for the Sony as he is using a Sony DSLR too and we can swap lenses. Ever used tne Sony DSLRs before?
